Hi Debs,
Well done, it does take an effort but we all recognise that there is NO shame in saying it as it is.

Hi Debs - hope it won't be too long before you feel the benefits of the anti-depressants. I have had them a couple of times in my life and you just have to take them as you would meds for anything else. By the way, I really like all the mental health awareness ads on TV at the moment. We should feel able to speak about it like any other problem.

Hang in there and let us know how you are getting on XX Ailsa

glad you went to see your GP Debbie,

hope in a few weeks you can see a light at the end of the tunnel, people don't realise just how debilitating being diagnosed with a chronic condition can be .. not with just your joints but overall well being.

good luck

Hi Debs,

Just been following your blog again. I'm so glad you are finally being helped. I've never (Thank God) experienced such
an illness that seems to drain every aspect of your life both emotionally and physically - people just don't know
the half of it.

Hopefully your medication will soon kick in and you will find your vitality returning.

Keep posting.

Love

Gogs xxThumpUp
